The Warsaw International Book Fair is the biggest event of its kind in Poland. This year, it will be held from 25 to 28 May at the Palace of Culture and Science and the Parade Square (Plac Defilad). Ukraine is the guest of honour of the book fair.
As part of the event, a meeting with Li Ang will be held on Friday 26 May at 18.00. The conversation will centre on the recent Polish translation of her novel Butcher’s Wife made by Maria Jarosz (printed by PIW, 2022). The meeting, hosted by prof. Marcin Jacoby, will be in Chinese with Polish interpretation.
